Through the University Program, professors and their students receive tuition-free grants to attend the IEC's Forums. The grant will cover:

• Conference registration fees
• Plenary sessions
• Breaks
• Luncheons
• Full access to the exhibition floor
• Technology demonstrations
• Receptions

The University Program is open to university professors and full-time students who are sponsored by a professor. IEC forums provide professors with significant information to enhance and expand their educational offerings, while students learn first-hand about potential opportunities in the information industry.

Professors and students who attend the event are required to fill out a brief questionnaire after the show. Comments from professor and student final reports are compiled and published in the University Program Annual Report. This report highlights the educational impacts of professor and student attendance at IEC programs and is circulated to all corporate and foundation sponsors.
